Position: Trainee Medical Coder
Organization: Episource India Pvt Ltd
Qualifications: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc, B.Sc, Lifesciences
Experience: 0 Years / Freshers
Salary: ₹21,000 per month
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:

| Record Review | Ensure documentation supports code assignments and comply with coding guidelines and regulations. |
| Collaboration | Work with healthcare professionals to clarify documentation and resolve coding discrepancies. |
| Continuous Learning | Stay updated on changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry trends to ensure accurate coding practices. |
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Graduates in Medical Science or Life Science (Year of Passing 2018 onwards).
- Strong understanding of medical terminologies and coding guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
