Job Responsibilities:

| Client Engagement | Establish and maintain contact with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. |
| Lead Generation | Identify potential sponsors, generate leads, and prioritize prospective sponsors. |
| Document Management | Deliver and/or request necessary documents for drug studies from sponsors. |
| Needs Assessment | Understand sponsor needs, conduct meetings, and customize business proposals. |
| Negotiation | Negotiate business processes, proposals, confidentiality agreements, and arrange project execution. |
| Project Management | Ensure quality implementation of projects as per customer expectations. |
| Proposal Development | Collaborate on competitive concept proposals with business development, marketing, and clinical teams. |
| Relationship Building | Build and maintain relationships with key contacts of potential sponsors and consulting companies. |
| On-Site Meetings | Attend on-site meetings and coordinate activities of junior business associates. |
| Specification Interpretation | Read and interpret project specifications and requirements. |
| Communication | Facilitate communication between sponsor and clinical team regarding project details, budgets, and timelines. |
| Accountability | Conduct negotiations for new and add-on services to ensure realistic expectations. |
| Continuous Monitoring | Continuously monitor project progress. |
