Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Address and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Data Collection: Assist in data collection for account recovery.
- Process Understanding: Maintain deep knowledge of client processes and policies.
- Issue Handling: Reproduce customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Critical Thinking: Apply analytical skills to resolve customer concerns.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (excluding Law).
- Experience: Open to freshers; candidates with up to 5 years of voice process experience.
- English Proficiency: Strong written and verbal English skills with a neutral accent.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends.
