Required Skills and Responsibilities
Candidates should have:
- Experience in:
- Compounding, aseptic operations, and troubleshooting equipment in production.
- Knowledge of aseptic behaviors and production protocols.
- Ability to manage online documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Compounding and filtration of products as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Ensuring cleanliness in compounding areas, controlling personal entry, and managing material flow.
