- End-to-end project management activities, including project planning, execution, tracking, monitoring, troubleshooting, and facilitating project completion.

Detailed Responsibilities
Formulation Research & Development (FR&D) – Injectables
The Research Associate in the FR&D Department will be responsible for the planning and execution of formulation development activities. This includes developing stability study protocols and evaluating stability data to ensure the quality and efficacy of injectable products. The role requires a strong understanding of impurity profiles in both drug substances and drug products. Additionally, candidates should have hands-on experience in developing various injectable formulations, including solutions, lyophilized products, and other complex injectables.
Project Management – Injectables
The Project Manager in the Injectables division will handle all aspects of project management, from initial planning to final execution. This involves close monitoring and tracking of project timelines, troubleshooting issues that may arise, and facilitating the smooth progression of projects. The role also requires coordination with different departments, such as portfolio management and other functional units, to ensure that project goals are aligned and met within the stipulated time.
