Job Description
HCL Tech is inviting freshers to apply for the International Non-Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have recently graduated and are eager to start their career with a leading multinational corporation.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Good Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Understanding of International Non-Voice Process: Familiarity with non-voice customer service.
- Banking Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking and international banking processes.
- Fresh Graduate: Only freshers are eligible, with a preference for graduates from 2023 or earlier.
- Work Environment: Must be comfortable working from the office.
Important Notes:
- 2024 pass-outs are not eligible for this position.
- Candidates must prepare for questions related to banking and international banking processes.
