Job Overview
As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will be part of the Strategic Solutions Division at Icon Plc, working directly with one of Icon’s top pharmaceutical sponsors. Your role will be crucial in managing and organizing clinical trial documentation and maintaining systems.
Key Responsibilities
- eTMF Management:
Oversee the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) using Veeva Vault. - Documentation:
Prepare, maintain, and ensure trial-related documents comply with ICH GCP guidelines. - Study Systems:
Manage study-specific systems and stay updated on relevant changes. - Tracking and Archiving:
Update study-specific trackers and archive documents accurately. - System Access Management:
Manage eTMF access as required.
