Position Details
- Position Name: Study Start-Up Associate I & II
- Organization: Icon Plc
- Location: Bengaluru
- Experience: 1 to 2 Years
- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 /month
Qualifications
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, MSc, BSc, Lifesciences
- 1-2 years of clinical research experience, especially in Essential Document review (Study Start-Up)
- Knowledge of ICH GCP
Role Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate clinical site investigator contracts and budgets
- Stay connected with investigative sites, sponsors, and internal personnel regarding contract statuses
- Prepare and coordinate contractual documents and correspondence
- Facilitate the indemnification process between the study sponsor and the site
- Act as an internal consultant on study budgets (investigator payments)
- Develop and update training documentation, conduct group training as necessary
- Mentor and train new and junior personnel in the SSU department
- Consultant on Investigator Contract and Budget development process from origination through execution

- Experience working with different countries
- Proficiency in reviewing, negotiating, and approving all Ethics Committee (EC), Institutional Review Board (IRB), and Competent Authority (CA) queries to Country and Site Specific ICFs
