Job Role: PRM Associate II
As a PRM Associate II, you will play a crucial role in managing the staffing and resource allocation for clinical research projects. This position requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and effective collaboration with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Proposals: Identify suitable team members for projects based on required skills and timelines, providing their CVs.
- Resource Management: Maintain an updated database of staff allocations, reservations, and skill sets.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to forecast future resource needs and track current resource allocation.
- Collaboration: Liaise with management, business development, and study teams to ensure timely fulfillment of resource needs.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve issues with resource allocation and staffing using your expertise.
- Additional Duties: Perform other relevant tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements
