Job Descriptions:
2B- Process Executive:
- Handle client transactions (Insurance Underwriting Support)
- Verify basic information and close customer queries/issues as per SOP
- Ensure transactions are executed within guidelines and timelines
- Attention to detail and high-quality work
- Adapt to organizational culture and flexible shifts
2A- Senior Process Executive:
- Ensure process compliance and meet SLA targets
- Perform daily operational tasks and maintain quality standards
- Handle customer queries and follow up on requests
- Exhibit responsibility and take on additional duties as needed
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS-Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge and performance management
- Customer-oriented with teamwork and fast learning capabilities
