Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and modify database systems to address processing issues.
- Perform database analysis and design tasks in the production environment.
- Ensure databases meet operational standards for reliability, response time, and query execution.
- Participate in database consultations and design reviews.
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Engage in activities such as denormalization, data archival schemes, sizing, creation of data definition language and database objects, ensuring referential integrity, enforcing security, and optimizing applications.
- Administer, monitor, tune, and support production databases.
