Job Responsibilities
As an Operations Specialist 1 – Lifecycle Safety at IQVIA, you will play a crucial role in managing safety data and reports within the Pharmacovigilance domain. Key responsibilities include:
1. Safety Data Management
- Process adverse event reports and safety data following SOPs, guidelines, and regulations.
2. Pharmacovigilance Activities
- Collect and assess adverse event (AE) information, determine case status updates, and code AEs and products.
3. Database Management
- Enter and maintain safety data within the applicable safety database to ensure compliance.
4. Quality Compliance
- Maintain high standards in productivity, quality, and delivery, aligning with project requirements.
5. Collaboration & Mentorship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., clinical data management, healthcare professionals).
- Mentor and support new team members as needed.
6. Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct medical reviews of non-serious AEs and adverse drug reactions (ADRs).
- Attend project team meetings and provide feedback to the operations manager.
