Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and complex microbiological testing to support product manufacturing and delivery.
- Conduct microbiology tests (bioburden, water tests, MLT, bacterial endotoxin, etc.).
- Validate/verify microbiological test methods.
- Manage media preparation and inventory.
- Document and maintain accurate laboratory records.
- Ensure compliance with GxPs, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Support microbiology projects, change controls, and effectiveness monitoring.
- Perform instrument calibrations, validations, and maintenance.
- Participate in non-conforming test result investigations.
- Ensure audit readiness and 5S compliance in the microbiology lab.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet microbiology objectives.
- Comply with MDR, FDA, and site policies and procedures.
