Job Overview
We are looking for a Laboratory Report Processor I to join our clinical operations team in Bangalore. This role involves reviewing and processing laboratory results, ensuring that lab data is accurately entered into our systems, and supporting lab-related queries. Roles and Responsibilities
Data Entry and Review
- Enter lab results: Accurately input laboratory test results into ICON’s proprietary iRIS system.
- Lab report review: Compare lab reports with requisition forms to verify accuracy.
- Normal range input: Enter performing lab ranges into client-specific systems.
Issue Resolution
- Discrepancy identification: Identify discrepancies between lab reports and requisitions and initiate the resolution process.
- Query management: Respond to queries regarding lab reports and update the system based on site responses.
Process Improvement

Additional Duties
- Travel: Occasional domestic or international travel (approximately 1%).

Key Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience in lab processing, data entry, or clinical operations is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with clinical research environments and systems like iRIS or LIMS is a plus.
Skills:
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
