Job Description
As a Manager – Product (Mindvision) at Lupin, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth, market penetration, and product strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Building & Market Share Growth
- Develop and execute brand plans and strategies to enhance market penetration.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Implement strategies to increase market share and drive product success.
2. SWOT Analysis & Sales Guidance
- Conduct SWOT analysis of the product line, identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Guide the sales team in capitalizing on opportunities to boost product sales.
- Provide strategic direction to the sales team to ensure alignment with growth objectives.
3. Promotional Activities
- Create impactful brand inputs for promotion, including visual aids (VA), leaflets (LBL), newsletters, flipcharts, and digital campaigns.
- Organize meetings, scientific symposia, CMEs, and conferences to ensure brand visibility among healthcare professionals and hospitals.
4. Sales Team Motivation & Training
- Motivate the sales team by organizing training camps, award ceremonies, and recognition programs.
- Provide continuous training and product knowledge to ensure the sales team is well-equipped with scientific and communication skills.
5. Product Forecasting & Strategy
- Develop and execute product forecasting, new product pipeline strategies, and launch strategies.
- Oversee pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities to ensure successful product growth.
- Introduce new initiatives to support product growth and market expansion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Pharm and MBA are required.
- Experience: 6 to 9 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management, brand building, and market strategy.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and brand management.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
