Job Description:
Medpace is seeking a full-time, office-based eClinical Coordinator to join our Data Management/eClinical team in Navi Mumbai. This role involves working with the eClinical Project Manager and other team members to ensure the accuracy of data reported by patients for clinical studies. New hires will undergo an extensive onboarding and training process to become experts in their field.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in system design and set-up
- Create study-specific documents
- Track and provide key study metrics and project monitoring
- Work with clients in obtaining requirements and responding to inquiries
- Perform other assigned projects and tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting is preferred
- No travel required
