Responsibilities:

• Determine plan of action for incoming calls
• Collect, process, and track adverse events
• Write safety narratives
• Report on safety data
• Collaborate with internal departments and clinical sites for compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare (Nursing, Pharmacy, Pharmacology)
• Preferably experienced in case processing and Pharmacovigilance
• Proficient in English and Microsoft® Office
• Familiar with medical terminology
• Strong organizational and communication skills
