We are now hiring freshers for our Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) as Call Handlers and Quality Reviewers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about the pharmaceutical industry and eager to gain experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
- Degree Required: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D
- Languages Required: Spanish, German, Dutch
- Experience: Freshers (0 years) are welcome to apply!
Role & Responsibilities
Call Handlers:
- Handle voicemails, inbound and outbound calls for Adverse Events (AEs), Product Complaints (PCs), and Medical Inquiries (MIs).
- Document spontaneous and solicited reports, including identification of Adverse Events, Product Complaints, Medical Device complaints, legal complaints, and medication errors.
- Prepare accurate source documents for every interaction.
Quality Reviewers:
- Review all source documents prepared by MICC associates.
- Identify errors and log them in the quality review tool.
- Track daily productivity and quality metrics.
