Unique Biotech is seeking an experienced Stores Executive for our Warehouse Operations in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management with a strong background in inventory control, particularly within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors. If you possess a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field, and are familiar with handling sterile and oral solids, this role could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
As a Stores Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse operations to ensure seamless inventory management. Your core duties include:
Inventory Management
- Monitor and control warehouse inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle Sterile and Oral Solids with precision and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Use SAP for tracking inventory and basic inventory management tasks.
Compliance & Quality Management
- Ensure full compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), maintaining industry standards and protocols.
- Regularly update and enforce warehouse processes to ensure high-quality performance.
Process Optimization
- Collaborate with the team to optimize warehouse processes and streamline workflows.
- Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing inventory to reduce delays and errors.
- Use your system expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse operations.
