- Experience: 0-5 years (Freshers welcome)
- Skills: Analytical skills, multitasking, effective communication, and proficiency in handling medical records.
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Curation
- Perform complex data abstraction and data entry tasks.
- Apply advanced medical knowledge and terminology.
- Manage and update electronic medical records and data capture systems.
2. Quality Assurance
- Maintain an accuracy level of over 95%.
- Review and reconcile feedback from Quality Analysts.
- Participate in quarterly Inter-rater Reliability (IRR) sessions to ensure accuracy and consistency.
3. Special Projects
- Lead or contribute to specific client-based projects.
- Collaborate with teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.
4. Security Responsibilities
- Ensure confidentiality and strictly follow data security protocols.
- Comply with Omega Healthcare’s privacy and security guidelines.
