Roles & Responsibilities:
| Key Responsibilities |

| – Read and understand various in vitro ADME protocols. |
| – Conduct in vitro stability experiments (liver microsomes, plasma, etc.). |
| – Perform logP, logD, pKa measurements and CYP induction assays. |
| – Conduct permeability determinations in relevant cell lines. |
| – Handle LC-MS/MS and HPLC-UV/PDA method development and validation. |
| – Develop LC-MS/MS methods for routine in vitro and in vivo sample analysis. |
| – Conduct biomarker estimations and general LC-MS/MS and HPLC maintenance. |
