Key Responsibilities
As a Drug Safety Associate II, you will:
- Triage and Documentation: Review incoming reports for completeness and document them electronically to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Data Entry & Coding: Enter case reports into the safety database and perform coding for medical events, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Narrative Writing: Craft detailed case narratives for safety reports, synthesizing complex medical information clearly and concisely.
- Project Support: Maintain organized case report files and assist Drug Safety Specialists with various activities related to drug safety management.
- Regulatory Submissions: Support the setup of worldwide reporting to regulatory authorities and assist in preparing for audits and inspections.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with medical directors and safety physicians, actively participating in relevant training sessions to enhance your expertise.
