Project Execution:

  • Works effectively within a team environment
  • Works within broad project guidelines as directed by the Project Lead or Technical SME
  • Prioritizes work to achieve specified project outcomes with guidance from Technical SME
  • Seeks feedback to improve performance
  • Produces quality work meeting project lead and client expectations
  • May serve as a Project Lead for small-scale projects or a Work Stream Lead on larger projects

Project Lead Responsibilities:

  • Project planning and set-up
  • Main client contact ensuring accurate project reporting
  • Ensures project team delivers quality and timely outcomes
  • Manages project financials and forecasts
  • Ensures project compliance with training and scope
  • Identifies new business opportunities and completes project close-out activities

Consulting Activities and Relationship Management:

  • Follows consulting models and methodologies under guidance
  • Delivers consulting services within personal expertise
  • Identifies project issues to senior colleagues
  • Interacts professionally with clients and within Parexel
  • Ensures client satisfaction through effective interactions

Business Development:

  • Networks within the industry
  • Communicates potential new business leads to management

Parexel-related Activities:

  • Meets established metrics
  • Completes job-related responsibilities like timesheets and expense reports
  • Participates in internal initiatives and projects
  • Engages in self-development activities
