Department Responsibilities
Quality Control & AR&D (AMV Analyst)
- Conduct analytical method validation (AMV) for sterile injectable products.
- Ensure compliance with QC regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze samples, prepare reports, and collaborate with R&D for new methods.
Microbiology (Officer – EM, BET, Analyst)
- Conduct environmental monitoring (EM) and perform Bacterial Endotoxin Testing (BET).
- Ensure product safety through microbiological analyses and adhere to strict testing protocols.
Production (Operator – Filling, Washing, Autoclave)
- Operate machines for sterile injectable production.
- Maintain autoclaves and ensure equipment sterilization.
- Follow SOPs for safe and efficient production.
Packing/Production (Executive – QMS, Shift In-Charge)
- Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and oversee production activities.
- Ensure proper packing and coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
