Position: Regulatory Conformance Associate

Qualifications:

Qualification	Experience
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent	2 to 4 Years in Regulatory/Compliance

Key Responsibilities:

Area	Responsibilities
Compliance	Ensure quality and compliance in maintaining HA status in corporate change and dossier systems.
Evaluation	Evaluate notifications with understanding of regional regulations.
Collaboration	Work with GRA colleagues to identify and escalate gaps.
System Management	Perform updates and consult for complex cases.
Decision Making	Make informed decisions within guidelines.
Reporting	Support updates, periodic, and ad-hoc system reports.
Documentation	Ensure regulatory processes are well documented and assist in remediation activities.

Technical Skills:

• Theoretical knowledge of Regulatory Affairs/Compliance
• Experience in Regulatory/Quality Assurance/Production in the pharmaceutical industry
• Attention to detail and good communication skills

Candidate Profile:

• Knowledge of Pfizer standards, processes, and policies
• Assertive, results-oriented, with positive attitude and time management skills
• Preferred qualifications: Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related life sciences
