Key Responsibilities

1. Case Identification & Data Entry
   You’ll be responsible for identifying Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs), entering relevant data, and ensuring that all information is processed according to both global regulatory requirements and specific client guidelines.
2. MedDRA Coding & Case Processing
   Familiarity with MedDRA coding is essential in this role, as you’ll be tasked with coding adverse events and processing safety reports. You will also follow up on cases, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
3. Safety Surveillance & Reporting
   You’ll be ensuring high-quality safety surveillance by monitoring safety databases and generating reports in compliance with global pharmacovigilance standards. Maintaining attention to detail in this area is critical to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of drug safety reporting.
4. Mailbox Management & Reconciliation
   As part of your day-to-day tasks, you will manage the affiliate mailbox, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests. Additionally, you’ll be reconciling safety reports in line with established process guidelines.
