Key Responsibilities

| Batch Making | Conduct R&D trials and prepare lab batches for emulsions, suspensions, and surfactants |
| Product Analysis | Perform pre-stability studies and ensure compliance with BIS standards for personal care products |
| Stakeholder Interaction | Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, QA, packaging, supply chain) and external stakeholders (vendors, manufacturing sites) |
| Documentation | Prepare batch cards, pre-stability reports, and ensure adherence to Good Laboratory and Documentation Practices |
