Job Title: Assistant HR Manager
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of HR for recruitment planning.
- Participate in the recruitment cycle and implement plans.
- Generate offer letters and salary structures for selected candidates.
- Monitor daily attendance using Smart Office Software.
- Manage the entire payroll cycle.
- Maintain and regularly update the employee database in ERP and Excel.
Qualifications
- Education: Any graduate with good knowledge.
- Experience: 2-5 years
