About Sanofi Business Operations (SBO):
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is a strategic resource organization based in India, providing centralized support across Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. We strive to be a tactical partner to medical, HEVA, and commercial organizations globally.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial data (omni-channel) for data applications and fulfill business needs.
- Collaborate with data scientists, marketing teams, BI & analytics, and vendors to enhance data systems.
- Lead data inquiries, ensure seamless operations, and contribute to data quality improvements.
- Handle vendor onboarding and performance management.
- Understand and manage diverse datasets including:
- Omnichannel Ops
- Adobe/SFMC campaign management
- Google Analytics
- AI Data Models (e.g., GTM, MMM, NBA)
- Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
Key Skills:

- Build effective relationships with global teams.
- Develop educational and communication content for stakeholders.
- Oversee project timelines, planning, and budget management.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and operational risk controls.
Education & Skills:
- Education: Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD, Master’s in Management/Statistics/Engineering/Business Analytics).
- Languages: Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: Leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and effective collaboration in diverse environments.
