Qualifications:

• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Msc, BSc, Lifesciences

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop specialized content with limited supervision; support publication/medical education content development.
• Therapeutic Expertise: Maintain expertise in therapeutic areas; develop best practices; collaborate with stakeholders.
• People Management: Build relationships with end stakeholders; interact with healthcare professionals on publication content.
• Performance Management: Provide publication/medical education material as per timelines and quality; offer strategic support.
• Process Management: Develop complex publication/medical education material; support medical communication; conduct publication-need analysis; implement publication plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Identify publication needs; liaise with Product Managers, MSLs, and medical departments to prepare deliverables.

About You:

• Experience: ≥2 years in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry, or academia.
• Soft Skills: Stakeholder management, communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
• Technical Skills: Therapeutic area/domain knowledge, publication submission, project management.
• Education: Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree.
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written).
