Job Purpose
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be pivotal in managing and enhancing our brands to achieve targeted sales and qualitative benchmarks, thereby driving the profitability of Cipla India. You will strategize and execute marketing plans, foster brand advocacy, and ensure our brands consistently outperform competitors in the market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Plans
- Formulate comprehensive marketing strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Enhance organizational profitability through effective brand management.
2. Enhance Brand Qualitative Parameters
- Improve brand metrics to achieve higher rankings compared to competitors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify areas for brand improvement.
3. Develop Key Opinion Leaders and Business Leaders
- Identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders to advocate for the brand.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders to support brand initiatives.
4. Propose and Execute Divisional Initiatives
- Initiate and implement divisional projects aimed at better therapy development.
- Ensure alignment of divisional initiatives with overall brand strategy.
5. Stakeholder Interaction
- Engage with various stakeholders to facilitate swift execution of processes.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation.
6. Assess Strategy Execution at Ground Level
- Monitor and evaluate the execution of divisional and brand strategies.
- Ensure superior performance and competitive advantage in the market.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: B.Sc (Science) or B. Pharmacy
- Master’s Degree: MBA in Marketing
Relevant Work Experience
- Experience Required: 4-6 years in brand management
- Proven track record of managing successful brands in a competitive market.
