Job Summary
The Sr. Associate – Projects (Functional Lead) will play a pivotal role in leading Ariba Source to Pay processes, delivering expertise across Ariba Procurement, Ariba Invoicing, and Ariba Supplier Network. As the functional lead, the candidate will be responsible for driving procurement optimization, ensuring compliance, and leading cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead Ariba Source to Pay projects, ensuring successful execution.
- Act as the functional expert in Ariba Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Network, and Contract Management.
- Design and optimize procurement processes for seamless integration with SAP-MM.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment of project goals.
- Deliver training sessions to end users and manage change management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with procurement standards and improve efficiency.

- Certification in Ariba Procurement and SAP-MM is required.
- Experience in Life Sciences and Pharmacy domains is preferred.
