Core Purpose of the Role
This role involves method development, method validation, method transfer, and R&D stability studies using laboratory instruments such as UPLC, HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometer, and Polarimeter.
Role Accountabilities
Key Responsibilities

| Method Development & Validation | Development and validation of assay and related substances methods for drug substances/products |
| Handling Laboratory Instruments | Experience with HPLC, UPLC (Empower-3 software), GC, UV spectrophotometer, Potentiometer |
| Good Documentation Practices | Adherence to ALCOA+ principles, preparation/review of data sheets and SOPs |
| Calibration and Qualification | Calibration and qualification of HPLC, UPLC, GC, and other QC instruments |
| QMS Handling | Managing incidents, Out of Specifications, Deviations, and Change control |
| Procurement & Inventory Management | Maintenance of pharmacopeial standards, chemicals, reagents, consumables, and spares |
| Adherence to GxP/Safety Procedures | Following defined internal SOPs for GxP and safety |
| Communication | Effective communication with clients/external users |
| MS Office Skills | Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook |
