Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

• Creating, maintaining, testing, and debugging the entire back end of an application or system.
• Collaborating effectively with product development and customer-facing teams to enable robust automation and seamless operations.
• Handling outages and scheduled activities during shifts.
• Researching, developing, and implementing new tools and processes to improve and automate operational support.
• Owning and continuously improving our service offering.

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Working knowledge in Linux operating system to handle SAP Basis and DB commands and administration.
• Experience in performing different types of client copies and related activities.
• Knowledge of SAP add-on upgrade, support package upgrade.
• SAP system installation and end-to-end provisioning.
• Installing SAP systems on public cloud (Azure/GCP) with any DB is an added advantage.
• Experience in handling public and private cloud administration.
