Job Description:

• Analyze Complex Data: Understand and analyze complex data, perform activities including accessing cases in Argus, and code and enter data.
• Case Handling: Be fully competent to perform all steps within the case-handling process.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with global and local procedural documents, and local implementation of Patient Safety objectives, policies, processes, and procedures.
• Follow-up Procedures: Be responsible for follow-up procedures.
• System Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of new safety-related systems, processes, and procedures within the process.
• Performance Culture: Support a performance-driven culture.
• Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
