Role:
As a Customer Care Executive, your primary responsibility is to provide the best customer resolutions. The role involves working in rotational shifts and requires flexibility in timings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class customer service and resolve customer queries.
- Ability to work in 24*7 shifts.
- 6-day working week with 1 rotational week off.
