Job Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Research Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Primary Market & Desk Research:
- Supporting research projects, including both primary market studies and secondary research activities.
- Primary Research:
- Conducting interviews with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and senior industry experts to gather insights.
- In-Depth Interviews:
- Engaging in qualitative and quantitative research to obtain feedback from C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Secondary Research:
- Analyzing clinical trials, key trends, and relevant literature to address Key Intelligence Questions (KIQs).
- Data Interpretation:
- Assisting senior team members in interpreting research results using secondary sources for cross-referencing.
- Project Management:
- Collaborating on multiple research projects across different therapeutic areas and geographic locations.
- Client Servicing:
- Providing support to clients in various time zones, ensuring seamless communication and meeting deadlines.
- Progress Reporting:
- Sharing daily updates with internal stakeholders, including Project Managers and Senior Associates.
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, the following skills are essential:
- Excel & PowerPoint:
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required. - Communication Skills:
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal), along with strong interpersonal communication skills. - Healthcare Knowledge:
Understanding of healthcare, biotech, and pharmaceutical terminologies and processes is a plus. - Self-Motivation:
You should be energetic, driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
