Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Support: Provide strong marketing support in Anti-infectives, Urology, CVS, CNS, and Oncology.
- Promotional Strategies: Develop promotional strategies and marketing plans for core product branding.
- Promotional Materials: Plan and create printed, electronic, and other promotional materials as per the approved budget. Coordinate with Regional and Country Heads, and Marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of current materials.
- Cycle Meetings: Conduct quarterly cycle meetings (online and offline) in the core countries of the assigned region.
- Training: Train and develop the field force in the core countries.
- Product Launches: Identify, plan, and launch new products across various therapies and countries.
