Virchow Biotech Pvt. Ltd., a global leader in the Bio-Pharma industry with more than 15 years of operational experience, is conducting a Walk-In Recruitment Drive. The company, certified by ISO 13485:2015 and WHO-GMP, is located in Hyderabad with offices in the USA. We are looking for skilled candidates in Manufacturing, Packing, SCM-Warehouse, and PPIC.
1. Manufacturing Department (Injectables: Vial, Cartridge, Lyophilizer, PFS & BFS)
- Designation: Jr. Operator, Executive, Sr. Executive, Sr. Operator
- Qualification: B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech, Diploma (Mechanical), ITI (Fitter/Electrical)
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 3 to 7 years
- No. of Positions: 20
- Salary: ₹3 LPA to ₹7 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding of aseptic operations
- Knowledge of CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place)
- Control and adjust machine settings to maintain production speed
- Perform production and packaging changeovers
- Maintain clean work areas and ensure equipment is properly cleaned before and after shifts
- Troubleshoot and conduct minor repairs on production equipment
- Remove damaged products or supplies as necessary
- Handle manufacturing operations for injectables
2. SCM-Warehouse & PPIC Department
- Designation: Jr. Executive to Sr. Executive
- Qualification: Any UG or PG with relevant experience
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 2 to 6 years
- No. of Positions: 12
- Salary: ₹2.4 LPA to ₹5.4 LPA
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse operations, especially for injectable formulations
- Arrange materials systematically according to storage conditions
- Ensure timely sampling and analysis of raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM)
- Perform daily and monthly calibration of weighing balances
- Handle QMS (Quality Management System) activities in compliance with GMP standards
- Update all warehouse activities in ERP (SAP)
- Maintain innovator samples as per storage conditions
3. Packing Department (Injectable Products)
- Designation: Trainee Operator to Executive
- Qualification: Diploma (Mechanical, ECE, Electrical), B.Sc, M.Sc (All Streams), B.Pharm
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 0 to 2 years
- No. of Positions: 10
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate packaging machinery for injectable products
- Start up and stop machinery as needed, refilling packaging materials
- Perform routine checks to ensure machinery is functioning properly
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and workspace safety
- Ensure correct packaging standards for different products
- Report packaging issues or machinery problems
- Move completed boxes to inventory areas
- Adhere to safety regulations and complete relevant documentation

4. Manufacturing Department (Probiotics Drug Process – BFS)

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct minor repairs
- Maintain work area cleanliness and equipment hygiene
- Remove damaged products and perform packaging changeovers according to the schedule
