Key Responsibilities:
- Perform remote activities in collaboration with the Remote CRA, On-Site CRA, and study Clinical Trial Manager (CTM).
- Provide support for site preparedness, logistical support to the monitoring process, and assist with site management tasks.
- Coordinate limited site contact activities during study phases like start-up, management, recruitment, and close-out.
- Complete and document study-specific training and orient on CRG/study-specific systems.
- Verify document collection, maintain vendor trackers, and coordinate logistics for Investigator Meetings (IM).
- Coordinate site and study supply management and perform reconciliation tasks on assigned trials.
- Assist in the customization of Site Informed Consent Forms (ICF) and review patient-facing materials.
- Maintain communication with various functional departments and sites for site payment processes.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy or Lifesciences.
- Previous experience in clinical research or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and therapeutic areas.
- Familiarity with ICH GCP, applicable regulations, and CRG procedural documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
