Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative and Technical Support:
- Provides support to the Project Team.
- Ensures audit readiness by reviewing files as per SOP and department guidelines.
- Supports site activation activities and develops critical paths for rapid site activations.
- Coordination and Oversight:
- Manages assigned trial activities as per task matrix.
- Conducts file reviews and documents findings in appropriate systems.
- Ensures tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- System Support:
- Provides system support (Activate & eTMF) and keeps databases current.
- Manages administrative tasks, including document processing and mass mailings.
- Study Metrics and Findings:
- Analyzes and reconciles study metrics and findings.
- Assists with study-specific translations and QC upon request.
- Regulatory and Compliance:
- Maintains knowledge of SOPs, client directives, and regulatory guidelines.
- Supports scheduling of meetings and tracks regulatory documents.
- Project Support:
- Provides support for site selection and start-up activities.
- Documents communication and follow-up with site contacts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years in CRC or CTC role.
- Skills:
- Excellent business communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in eTMF, ICH GCP, and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently or in a team, and adapt to changing timelines.
- Knowledge of country regulations, ICH GCP, SOPs, and clinical trial database systems.
