Position Name: Clinical Trial Coordinator

Experience: 6 months to 1 year
Discover Impactful Work:
- Provides administrative and technical support.
- Ensures audit readiness by reviewing files per SOP and department guidance.
- Develops critical path for site activation within assigned projects.
- Uses local knowledge and systems to develop and review site lists for feasibility.
A Day in the Life:
- Perform department, internal, country, and investigator file reviews.
- Ensure tasks are performed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard.
- Provide system support (e.g., Activate & eTMF) and ensure system databases are current.
- Perform administrative tasks on assigned trials, including processing documents and performing (e)TMF reviews.
- Support scheduling of client/internal meetings.
- Review and track local regulatory documents.
- Maintain vendor trackers.
- Support start-up team in regulatory submissions.
- Work directly with sites to obtain documents related to site selection.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve project goals.
Keys to Success:
- Education: Relevant formal academic/vocational qualification. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Ability to work in a team or independently. Flexibility to reprioritize workload. Understanding of Country Regulations, ICH GCP, and SOPs/WPDs. Good English and local language skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Effective communication skills. Critical judgment and decision-making skills. Ability to follow project work instructions accurately.
