Position Details

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation
- Experience: Freshers or 0-1 year of experience in HR
Key Responsibilities
- Manage timely and accurate processing of recruitment and data management activities.
- Oversee HUB and Location Shared Services teams with set KPIs & KRAs related to SLA.
- Assist in setting up Location Shared Services across Zydus PAN India locations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners for accurate and compliant transaction processing.
- Gain knowledge of Cloud HRMS systems and processes.
- Implement and manage recruitment and data management processes, including SLA reviews, escalations, and feedback.
- Partner with HRBP, Location SPOC, and cross-functional teams to address process issues and gaps.
- Conduct root cause analysis on issues and provide improvements.
- Maintain and update HR Operations & Policy SOPs.
- Prepare performance reports on accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with auditors for half-yearly audits.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
