Qualifications
- Education: B. Pharma / B. Tech
- Experience: 6 to 10 years in the relevant field
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Executive in Operational Excellence at Zydus Sikkim, you will be responsible for a range of activities focused on improving manufacturing processes and ensuring the highest standards of operational efficiency.
Develop and Implement TPM Strategies
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Formulate and execute strategies aimed at maximizing equipment uptime and effectiveness, ensuring seamless and efficient manufacturing operations.
Facilitate Kaizen Events
- Continuous Improvement: Organize and lead Kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing processes. These events are crucial for identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
Implement 5S Programs
- 5S Methodology: Develop and oversee the implementation of 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) programs to enhance workplace organization and boost overall efficiency.
Analyze Manufacturing Processes
- Process Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for yield enhancement and waste reduction. Utilize data-driven insights to drive improvements.
Lead Process Improvement Initiatives
- Lean and Six Sigma: Spearhead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. These initiatives are vital for optimizing operations, reducing waste, and improving quality.
Ensure Compliance
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other industry standards. This is essential for maintaining product quality and regulatory adherence.
Reporting and Presentations
- Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress, outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Present these reports to senior management to keep them informed of the ongoing improvements.
Cross-Department Collaboration
