Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- PBPK Modeling: Customize tools for new drug discovery and generic product development; Mechanistic IVIVC, Virtual bioequivalence.
- In Vivo Studies: Identify alternative approaches like biowaiver and PBPK-based simulation; provide recommendations and collaborate with teams.
- Dissolution Analysis: Analyze data, predict in vivo performance using mathematical IVIVC, modeling, and simulation.
- Vendor Coordination: Troubleshoot and install software; manage technical and logistic support.
- Injectables Support: Aid in clinical development, immunogenicity study outsourcing, and technical supervision.
- Regulatory Communication: Draft Controlled Correspondence, meeting documents, and provide scientific justifications and responses.
- Formulation Support: Assist formulation team and PK scientists with scientific inputs during product development.
- Learning: Stay updated on regulatory guidelines, emerging techniques, and PBPK modeling applications.
