Job Description:
ICON plc, a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization, is looking for an Assistant Project Coordinator to support Laboratory Project Managers and Project Coordinator IIs in monitoring trials. You will play a crucial role in generating internal and external reports, creating study documents, and contributing to ICON’s mission of driving excellence in clinical development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day monitoring of laboratory trials.
- Generate internal and external management reports (e.g., status reports, commented results reports).
- Create study documents during the setup phase (e.g., communication plans, escalation plans).
- Ensure adherence to ICON’s core values focusing on People, Clients, and Performance.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other project management-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in clinical trial or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
