What You’ll Do as Executive – IPQA
As part of Biological E.’s IPQA team, you will have a crucial role in ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards. Your work will span multiple stages of the manufacturing process, from monitoring operations to ensuring that every detail is inspected thoroughly. Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Line Clearances: You’ll be responsible for providing line clearances at various points in the manufacturing process, including during dispensing, production, visual inspection, packing, and dispatch. This ensures that operations run smoothly and without issues.
- Sample Collection: You’ll collect and submit samples throughout the process. This includes in-process, finished products, and stability samples, ensuring that all are properly handled and tracked according to standard procedures.
- AQL Inspections: As part of your role, you’ll conduct Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspections, ensuring that the products meet required standards before reaching the market.
- Batch Record Reviews: You will review and verify batch manufacturing records and packing records to ensure everything is documented correctly and follows company protocols. This helps guarantee that the products meet regulatory compliance and are safe for use.
