We are currently on the lookout for skilled professionals to join our Quality Control (QC) team at our Ankleshwar manufacturing plant.
This opportunity is ideal for those with a passion for pharmaceutical quality control and a drive to ensure the production of safe and effective medications. With 4 to 5 years of experience in HPLC and GC analysis, you will play a key role in the quality assurance of our API products. The QC department is critical to ensuring that products meet both domestic and international health standards.
What Does the Role Entail?
As an Officer, Senior Officer, or Executive in the QC department, you will be responsible for the High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC) analysis of various pharmaceutical samples. These include in-process samples, intermediate samples, finished products, and stability samples. Your work will ensure that Rusan Pharma’s products are consistently high in quality and comply with global standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- HPLC & GC Analysis: You will conduct thorough analyses of in-process, intermediate, and finished products using state-of-the-art HPLC and GC techniques. This ensures that every batch meets the strict quality control criteria set for pharmaceutical API production.
- Stability Testing: You will also be responsible for stability testing, which ensures that the pharmaceutical APIs maintain their integrity and efficacy throughout their shelf life.
- Protocol Compliance: Your role requires strict adherence to QC protocols and ensuring that the API manufacturing unit complies with all relevant standards and regulations. Compliance is crucial, as Rusan’s plants are inspected and approved by international health authorities like MHRA (UK) and MCC (SA).
