Aizant Drug Research Solutions is seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:

| Backend Operations | Support the backend operations of business development alongside a dedicated staff. |
| Proposal Management | Assist in responding to RFQs, writing proposals, and monitoring agreements. |
| Cross-functional Collaboration | Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and keep the Manager informed about project statuses. |
| Record Keeping | Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and business development initiatives, including the creation and update of a client database. |
| Payment Follow-up | Collaborate with the accounts team on payment and credit follow-ups. |
| Client Identification | Identify potential new clients in your designated markets. |
| Additional Tasks | Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Manager. |
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharma (Preferred) and an MBA.
- Skills:
- Basic understanding of pharmaceutical R&D and manufacturing.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills.
