Job Role: Clinical Pharmacist
As a Clinical Pharmacist at Matria Hospital, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe dispensing of medications and providing pharmaceutical care to patients. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about advancing patient health outcomes through effective medication management.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing Medications:
Ensure accurate dispensing of medications to patients. - Pharmaceutical Care:
Offer consultations and manage medication therapies based on physician prescriptions. - Compounding Medications:
Prepare medications as per doctor’s orders. - Collaboration:
Work with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care. - Prescription Review:
Review and evaluate prescriptions for safety and appropriateness. - Record Maintenance:
Maintain accurate medication records and adhere to hospital protocols. - Education:
Educate patients and healthcare staff on the proper use of medications.
